exact same model, same plastic, one came with holes, the other didn't

I just recently received my order, it was an order containing two copies of the same model. One is in black "Strong & Flexible Plastic", the other one was purple "Strong & Flexible Plastic"

The purple one has two holes that didn't go all the way through

I'm kind of annoyed, but I'll use a drill press to finish the job

But I want to know: why?

What were the size of the holes?

4.4 mm in diameter

Hmm that is large enough that they should have come out. Have you emailed service yet?
