co-creator email, but empty co-creator to-do list

Dear,

I received a 'Time to customize! Someone placed an order for your Co-Creator' email.
But when I click on the link inside the email, i receive the message 'Your Co-Creator To Do List is Empty'.
Did someone undo the co-creator order? or is this a bug?
