Why not make his tail a loop ? Looks a little ugly with the loop t in the mouth! Other than that , looks nice!
I like it! Making the tail into a loop would also be cool though as numarul7 said, as most tree dwelling geckos are often seen hanging upside down on the side of plants in nature waiting for insects to crawl up the trunks/stems.
