This is my first D3 Printing project that I did with my 12 year old son... we made a simple cylinder and put text as a cut out by using 3D text.. They said "vI am very sorry to hear the models you ordered in Full Color Sandstone got rejected. The reason is that both models are having shells, this means that not all parts are attached to the main body, this can also be seen in the pictures you received with the rejection email. " What am I missing.. why will not work.. seems like it should be fine. Thanks for the help.. Bill
I think the Letters like O are the Problem. The middle Part, what is normally the hole in the O is hanging in the Air. You can simply remove these parts.
