No answer from service team

    Hi there,

    usually I don´t write in public if there are some problems, but I´m waiting for many days for an answer to my mails. Are you too busy to answer to a complain?

    The oldest email in our inbox is currently 10 hours old.
    If you haven't received any feedback, would you like us to send another email at service@shapeways.com?

    The last email from your email address (info@....de) is 7months old.
    Have you used a different address?
