gottebp @graf_adalberto Unfortunately not. The BCG820 drive shaft key starts higher up and so has minimal contact area where a plastic impeller can be driven. Even if modified heavily to fit, the center hole will just round out when trying to drive the lower burr.

gottebp @rmostilla The BCG820 is the newer model, and the impeller design is steel-clad and different geometry from the bcg800 and bcg600 models. I do *not* recommend my replacement part for the 820 as it is unlikely to fit, and usually not an impeller problem.

gottebp @mikeetherington See the BES860 comments in the BCG800 ifixit article. They were left by several users that have done it and you can see if it sounds reasonable.

gottebp @jkufsky Strange! Google "BES870XL Impeller" and see what I mean. Does yours look different than that? Maybe not all of them are stainless or something. Anyway, if you go for replacement, checkout the BES860 commentary left by others on the ifixit page first: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/BCG800XL+Grinder+Jamming+due+to+Worn+Impeller/62905 It is a lot more work to get at than the BCG800XL and the impeller itself requires drilling out the center hole to make it round.

gottebp @jkufsky I think the BES870 impeller has stainless-steel-cladding and does not wear out like the plastic one. The ShapeWays impeller part probably does fit, since it fits the BES860XL. If the impeller is steel as I suspect, I think it's worth investigating other avenues first such as drier beans, or tightening the nut on the internal torque limiter.
