3DSlotitFab Can you please send me a couple of things
1 - an exact explanation of where the problem lies, what part of the chassis, with pictures.
2 - a reference number for your order
Because two possible things may have happened
1 - we have made a mistake.
2 - the part came out badly from the 3D process.
in order to sort things out I need to know exactly what happened.

3DSlotitFab @RURC the difference is that the 'SSD ' chassis pointed by your link comes with a hatch that makes it compatible with Scalextric digital 'quick fit' chips. Use it if you plan to run on Scalextric's Digital. Otherwise, for analog, oXigen or Carrera digital, use the 'STD' version (this chassis)
