About
V DESIGN LAB by Valeria Vigliani originates out of Valeria’s passion for jewellery, design, hand-crafting and appreciation of aesthetic design. Valeria has always loved using her hands to materialize her imagination – it has been her way to relax, express her creativity or, simply put, enjoy life.
Born and raised in Milan, the worldwide renowned home of design and fashion, she has lived and breathed the city’s vibrant artistic environment, and experienced its relentless working culture since her younger years.

A move to Melbourne, Australia’s culture and fashion capital, was the perfect opportunity to approach jewellery and attend her first silver-smith training and other jewellery-making courses.

The move back to Europe was finally the turning point to start exploring her passion full-time. She attended the “Scuola Orafa Ambrosiana”, Milan’s most important gold-smithing academy, and completed the Master Course in Jewellery Design at the Milan Politecnico University.

Valeria now lives in Zurich, has welcomed her baby Riccardo to the family, and has completely immersed herself into her project. V DESIGN LAB – her jewellery design laboratory – is already in full swing. The aim is to explore shapes, textures and materials to create jewellery pieces that add that little something to your outfit, while respecting your personality.
