I'm a railroad modeler focusing on the C&O in the post WW II period. Models I build are produce are HO scale (1/87 scale or 3.5mm/ft) in the Frosted Ultra or Extreme Detail plastic as it is the only process that will produce the required detail. I use Rhino V5, 64 bit to produce the models. If you're wondering about the logo, that's Quartet, a 12 meter boat I built, with my wife at the helm. People always ask if I built the hull. Yes, but that was the easy part taking only 3 months. The rest took 7 years.

The models for sale are based on C&O prototypes, designed and built for my own use, but are offered for sale to anyone interested in them. The sale price for my models is Whatever Shapeways charges - there is no added fee. I would consider designing models on commission depending on the complexity of the model and the time I have available for outside work.
