Hello, and welcome to my Shapeways store - The Prodromoi Collection
I'm an avid boardgamer (and wargamer too when I get the opportunity!) and have found 3D printing to be a really useful and practical way of enhancing games.
I started creating a few custom counters and bits for boardgames that I own, designing pieces that I felt fitted nicely alongside or instead of the original components. Having seen them in my games, I was asked by other players if they could also obtain some of them and so I have made these components available to others who would like to enhance their own copies of their games.
Purchase of the actual, official games themselves is absolutely necessary - these sculpts are designed to replace or augment some of the 'official' game components. All titles, trademarks, etc. referred to remain wholly the rights of their respective holders.
Eventually I'd like to learn to 3D-sculpt actual minatures, but until then I'm happy tinkering with counters and other components to add to games. If there is something you'd like to see or have made, please contact me and I will see what I can do to assist.
