These are lockable spiked sleeves. Inside diameter of 1 inch. Lengths of .8, 1.6 and 2.4 inches. Just use a normal padlock and this sleeve can be locked on to whatever you think it might fit on.

These are lockable spiked sleeves. Inside diameter of 1 inch. Lengths of .8, 1.6 and 2.4 inches. Just use a normal padlock and this sleeve can be locked on whatever you think it might fit on.
For a complete sleeve a matching top and bottom half along with a pin are required. The hole for the pin may need to be cleaned out a bit with a small drill bit 3/32. This can be done by hand or very carefully with a drill.
