We can design models of of all types of molecules: small organic and inorganic molecules, biomacromolecules such as proteins and DNA, polymers, metal complexes, crystals, and atomic and molecular orbitals. We can even design models of transition states, if the coordinates are available. We are also able to emphasize different features of the model, such as active sites or ligands.
