Our 3d designs are checked by ordering one as a sample before offering for sale. Changes to Shapeways' printing techniques may change finish from our original samples. Shapeways' customer service should be used if there's any issues printing, feel free to contact us if there's an issue with the design not being able to print. Sometimes Shapeways will change the minimum material specifications and make preiviously acceptable designs fail. Let us know how we can help you!
