Mortar Art

After 15 years producing 3D models, first as a hobby, then in the Games and Animation industry, I lived in a virtual world for a long time. When I first got a quadrotor, I thought that I would apply that as a tool, to produce models for those industries, and so I set out trying to figure out just how capable the Phantom 2 Vision was for Photogrammetry. When I found it lacking, I set about attempting to upgrade the camera, and realised quickly that 3D printing was the most relevant manufacturing technique for me. As such, I've been able to rapidly prototype parts for my Phantom 2, but more importantly discover that I prefer producing real objects. As a result, I've put many of the designs that I've developed up here.

Many are not intended as a final or perfect fit solution, and I am more than happy to hear specific requests or to work with you to make a part that you need. Just send me a message and I'll let you know what I think.
