Product Description
Ok complete redo of the old retro model I had posted . This is a scan in model. Using the new Ipad scanner. Tinker cad and 3dmax2015 for the final touch up. Still little rough looking. But best I can do at this time. The model base off the 1/87 Mattel ver. So I got give them the credit for the original design on this one. To bad Mattel had to quit there 1/160 scale line or Planet Hotwheels. Because of Government requirements on toys for inside the U.S... Which I think it a double standard for U.S. companies. It ok we can get knockoff micro machines etc. imported. But to do these models here in the U.S. is wrong. I consider what I'm doing as a new style of 3d artwork and not a toy as some would want to classified it. These models I'm making I been wanting to do for time for my N-scale lay out. I done this model as resin castings in this scale. But not as detail as I do get in 3d printing. I hope I got the size right on this one. I keep to the old scale from previous version I done this models and there prototypes using same scale and look ok.. So If anyone orders one. please tell me what you think on scale size. Thank you.
