This engine mounting replaces the original engine pod of the famous "China-Gimbal"

The original motor mounts have a weight of about 12g  each.

This "Motor Mount # 1" has a weight of only about 2,5g .

 

"Motor Mount # 1" and "Motor Mount # 2" are basically the same.

The difference in design was simply an attempt in terms of stability and weight.

In stability, no difference can be seen. Both are absolutely strong when installed!

 

The weight of the "Motor Mount # 1" (2.5 g) is slightly easier

than that of the "Motor Mount # 2" (3g)

 

 

[u]INSTALLATION: [/u]

The three screws (at the feet of the motor mount) for attachment to the Gimbal

Should be slowly screwed in place in about 3 steps in the uninstalled state (ie BEFORE INSTALLATION)

(lower with each step and always completely unscrew in between each step and blow out the bits of the hole)

So you already cut an thread and also later the assembly directly on the Gimbal is much easier.

 

ALSO MARK THE MOTOR CONNECTORS !!! (which is where AND which side up / down)

 

BUT IT IS STILL A REALLY SIMPLE INSTALLATION !

[u]China Gimbal tuning Motor Mount #2 [/u]

 

Diese Motor-Befestigung ersetzt die originalen Motor Gondeln des bekannten "China-Gimbal"

Die Originalen Motor-Befestigungen haben ein Gewicht von ca. 12g

Diese "Motor Mount #2" haben nur ein Gewicht von ca. 3g

 

"Motor Mount #1" und "Motor Mount #2" sind Grundsätzlich gleich.

Der Unterschied im Design war lediglich ein Versuch im Bezug auf Stabilität und Gewicht.

In Stabilität ist kein Unterschied erkennbar. Beide sind absolut fest im eingebauten Zustand!

 

Das Gewicht des "Motor Mount #1" (2,5g) ist geringfügig leichter

als das des "Motor Mount #2" (3g)

 

 

[u]EINBAU: [/u]

 

Die 3 Schrauben (an den Füssen der Motorbefestigung) zur Befestigung am Gimbal

würde ich im uneingebauten Zustand (also VOR EINBAU) schon einmal langsam in ca 3 Schritten hereindrehen.

(mit jedem Schritt tiefer und dazwischen immer komplett heraus drehen und ausblasen)

So schneidet man schon ein Gewinde ein und tut sich auch später bei dem Zusammenbau direkt am Gimbal leichter.

 

AUSSERDEM DIE MOTORSTECKER KENNZEICHNEN!!! (welcher wohin UND mit welcher Seite nach oben/unten)

 

ES IST ABER TROTZDEM EIN WIRKLICH SIMPLER EINBAU!
