This part fits with the Lego large ball male socket. It has a very nice tight fit, and eliminates a lot of play which is essential for more demanding applications where greater accuracy is needed. Perfect for suspension, actuators, linkages, etc.! I would advise against getting the polished version as the details become too thin.
