It is an Islamic medallion. It is shaped with 5 circles merged together to create an irregular shape with the words "Allah, Muhammad, Ali, Fatimah, Hassan & Hussein" (in Arabic) extruding from the center. Size is approximately 140mm x 140mm x 16mm. The base is 3mm in height and the scripture/outline is around 13mm in height. You can hang it on the door, wall, car etc.
