Designed to print in  Versatile Plastic

These are metal coal wagons, based on the Hudson types used by various mining companies.

I have designed them to print in a block of two; in Versatile White or coloured plastic. The rough surface of the plastic resembles an old metal rusted and pitted surface very well.

To couple the wagons together, they are printed with a set of universal couplings which can be clipped in place. You can add  couplings of your own choice on the end wagons to attach to the locomotive if required.

The chassis has a clip on base to hold the wheels; I would recommend the following wheels from Dundas models, 5.5mm Metal Wheels with Curved Spokes, ref PN60 for 2 or PN61 for 20. I have removed the pin points on the axles with a fine file.
