A brutal combination of the ubiquitous chainsword and the ancient technology of putting a slab of metal between the bearer and the person trying to kill them, the Chainshield is a decidedly rare weapon amongst the arsenal of mankind. This varient features a embossed teardrop, flanked by raised wings and topped with a halo. Whilst it could represent the tears of angels, I can't help but think it would look great in a deep crimson as well!
The Chainshield (Flying Tear design) is designed to be compatible with 28mm heroic scale miniatures, particularly those of a more technologically advanced design, and could represent a variety of weapons and shield options. Mixed Chainshields (Flying Tear design) are available only from White Wyvern Designs as sets of 3 Left-handed Chainshields and 2 Right-handed Chainshields for a total of 5 Chainshields (Small) and 5 Left-handed Chainshields and 5 Right-handed Chainshields for a total of 10 Chainshields (Large).
Flying Tear design Chainshields are also available in sets composed entirely of Left-handed Chainshields or Right-handed Chainshields.
