Product Description
The Cessna AT-17 Bobcat was a twin-engined advanced trainer aircraft designed and made in the United States, and used during World War II to bridge the gap between single-engined trainers and twin-engined combat aircraft. The commercial version was the Model T-50, from which the AT-17 was developed.

I first started this 1:96 scale model in August 2018. Through the chaos of moving across the country, the project was shelved. Inspired by my earlier SNJ, this project sat in a hard drive for months until I found myself with some time to spare. I opened it back up and finished it within a few days. The "lumps" on the wings are supposed to simulate the drooping canvas between each spar, or the stretched sheet metal overlaid the same. Enjoy!
