Business End Blade Plug

I've always thought a blade plug should subtly enhance the look and feel of a saber. I want mine to look like real components which are about to spit out the most awesome energy in the Galaxy. So I want there to be one simple light source, the central emitter. With this design it's a shine through hole which can be used as-is, or filtered with almost anything incliding a peice of paper to achieve the desired effect. It fits a 6-32 nylon screw from the inside of the center hole for perfect diffusion. It's .995 outside diameter so it will fit perfectly in almost any 1" bladed saber, and only 1.25" long so you can position it where it looks best in your saber. 
The polished metallic plastic is no longer available, so I recommend black plastic and then you can spray paint your blade plug.
