The Captain's Yacht on a Sovereign Class ship is usually attached to the underside of the saucer section, right behind the torpedo launcher. The Captain's Yacht of the Enterprise-E is named "Cousteau" by Picard after Jacques-Yves Cousteau. A man he obviously admires because he also named the Enerprise-D's yacht "Claypso". The name of one of the submarines Cousteau used to explore the depths of the sea.
