Product Description

A car jack is a mechanical lifting device used to apply great forces or lift heavy loads. A mechanical jack employs a screw thread for lifting heavy equipment. A hydraulic jack uses hydraulic power. The most common form is a car jack, floor jack or garage jack, which lifts vehicles so that maintenance can be performed. Jacks are usually rated for a maximum lifting capacity (for example 1.5 tons or 3 tons). Industrial jacks can be rated for many tons of load. In a floor jack (aka 'trolley jack') a horizontal piston pushes on the short end of a bellcrank, with the long arm providing the vertical motion to a lifting pad, kept horizontal with a horizontal linkage. Floor jacks usually include castors and wheels, allowing compensation for the arc taken by the lifting pad. This mechanism provides a low profile when collapsed, for easy maneuvering underneath the vehicle, while allowing considerable extension.

This kit contains all necessary parts for assembling ONE hydraulic car jack miniature at 1/24 scale to be used with same scale diorama, vehicles or 75mm figures. The miniature is also available at 1/15 scale, at 1/16 scale, at 1/18 scale, at 1/24 scale, at 1/32 scale and 1/35 scale. You may also try x1 or x2 or x3 multi pack options for lower price per miniature. Any extra diorama accessories are not included and should be purchased separately.
