Product Description

This is a support for a helix, constructed from Rokuhan 195mm radius, 30 degree curved track. You need 12 supports for each 360 degree loop. The resulting helix is 1.8" per level with a 3.73% grade. Along with these supports, you will need 12, 4-40 threaded rods. These supports can be used for both ascending and descending helices.

Before you can use these supports, you must clean up the holes with a #43 (3/32") drill and then cut threads with a 4-40 tap. Try to start the threads in the same place on all the supports.

When finished, insert the helix supports into the 4-40 rods. You can use the 4-40 rods to set the height of each helix support.
