Typology Font.
5cm Length.
Fonts for the most part have occupied a 2D realm i.e. print and web.
My intent with this font was to create a 3D printable and aesthetically beautiful type that can cross the dimensional divide.
I began by looking at existing 3D type, namely, hand chiseled type. By inverting and outlining the chiseled shape I came up with a geometrical wire frame font that lends itself ideally to 3D print.
