Unfortunately a thread can't be prepared in the 3d printing process. Therefore you will need to complete the following to finish off before use.

Imperial Use

• the hole is prepared for imperial tapping but to be safe drill a pilot hole of with a 1/16" drill
• then tap a #4 thread to suit the #4-40 x 1/4" black button imperial machine screw

Metric Use

• the hole is prepared for imperial use and is approx 2.44mm in dia so drill out to 2.5mm
• then tap a M3 thread to suit a M3x6mm black button machine screw
