Product Description
This item will replace the stock link bracket on the SCX2 axle. It includes a lower hole and an upper hole for the shock mount. The leaf spring will screw on to the top holes in the bracket with M3 screws, we recommend 6mm long for 2 leaf springs in the set.
DO NOT over tighten the screws when installing the leaf springs with the BLACK Strong and Flexible plastic print. This item requires the small holes in the back cleaned out with a 5/64 or 2mm drill, and the larger Leaf and shock holes cleaned out with a 3/32 or 2.5mm drill before installation.
Using the Steel Print will be more durable, but will also require you to machine tap the threads in all the holes before installation. The small holes are to be threaded with M2.5 thread, and the leaf and shock mount holes are to be threaded with M3 size threads before installation.
Intended to be mounted to the SCX2 axle housing and can be used on the left or right side.
This will put the leaf spacing at the same distance apart as the usual RC4wd leaf spring spacing.
