This replacement  scale for any 74mm Victorinox Swiss Army Knife allows the use of the following Fisher Space pen pressurized ink refills (black, blue and red). You will also need to purchase the scale or buy them as a package (separate colors not available in package).

Instructions:
Measure about 4mm from the ink refill's "break point" and clip or cut it while supporting the break point so that it doesn't snap. Insert the slider into the scale and insert the refill into the slider.

Standard plastic scales pop off relatively easily with some kind of pry tool, and the replacement scale snaps on just as easily.
