Dean goods round top firebox

a conversion peice to backdate the mainline/hornby dean goods to its round top flush fittting firebox condition as originally built, this is also handy when converting one of these locos into a Stella class 2-4-0, should in theory fit the oxford rail dean goods too, in either casse, the belpaire firebox must be carefully cut out and filed smooth, leaving the splashers intact before fitting of new firebox
