Deathboy Preacher

When a Deathboy or Deathgirl survives for a long time he or she eventually takes on the role of 'Preacher' - exhorting their fellow Deathboys and Deathgirls into even more extreme acts of insane violence.  Armed with some of the best gear and with the twisted crown of barbed wire to mark their calling, a Preacher creates some sort of beheading device and seeks out enemy champions in battle... to add their skull to his collection.
