Rain/Snow Mix

Rain and snow mix often occurs when the temperature near the ground is above freezing. As a result, some of the snow that may be falling will melt before reaching the surface. This type of precipitation is generally not hazardous unless if occurs for extended periods of time, causing slippery conditions on roads.
