Product Description
Same idea as the standard version but has almost all weight savings removed. It should weigh in about 15%-20% heavier than the standard version. Same critical dimensions and installation, just heavier.
Ties the axle together at the suspension, lower links, and front of diff while providing a servo mount.
NOT a bolt on installation for a stock Gen8. Motor gets in the way and need 4 link.
You'll need to ditch the ball studs and use a regular ball with a screw instead. The truss acts as support for the shock mount.
Shapeways states a +/- 5% tolerance so some minor sanding may be necessary. We've done a lot of metal parts and shapeways usually nails the dimensions. The 20 day lead time is usually about 2x what it takes. In all of our orders we've only had one take longer than 10 days from order to ship.
