3d printable splashblock prototype - scalable
Design Feature: Regular stone/concrete/pvc splash blocks move water away from foundation walls/basement walls to avoid basement flooding but cause flood and muddy ground surface...This prototype design is meant for water discharge several inches below ground surface where it can be connected to a drainage pipe leading straight to the road sewers. This is especially useful where ground slopes are not draining water away from the properties leading to water accumulation on soil beds near basement concrete walls and foundation.

Manual:  The path near the splash block must be dug away from the basement/property leading to the road sewer. The splash block may then be connected with a drainage pipe sort of like a water hose/water pump hose with about 3-4 cm diameter. The entire pathway leading to the road sewer may then be filled with gravel and covered with soil. Covering narrow passageways between properties with gravel does not stop water accumulation at the bottom and does not waterproof basements should there be a crack in the concrete foundation walls. The drainage pipe connected to splashblock and leading to road sewer ensures water from the splash block flowing away from the property avoiding problems like basement flooding**
