3D printed in white nylon plastic with a matte finish and slight grainy feel.
This is a true 3D model of a microscopically scanned embryonic kidney. This is the smallest size available, and therefore most affordable of the three sizes. The model has been optimised and should be printable in most materials, however, some materials are untested. This is a truly stunning piece, and will prove a valuable teaching and learning tool, or for the curious of mind, a valuable talking point at a dinner party. This version is different than the others, the branches and tips have been enlarged in size to make them metal printable. This model has an extension that should allow it to be mounted in an appropriate holder (not available at this store, buyer must produce this themselves at this stage).
