Product Description
This is an O Scale (1:48) kit for a pair of Union Pacific's Water Tenders 'Jim Adams' & ‘Joe Jordan’ as used in the excursion train behind UP 844 and UP 3985.
The kit includes the main bodys, ladders, flag plates, headlights and roof top tool boxes.
This kit is only printable in the FD or FUD material. Although the FD is cheaper the finish is a bit rougher, the FUD will give a much smoother result. You can see images of this tender printed in FD on my blog site here.
The kit has been designed to fit onto a Lionel chassis and trucks which are not included.
The trucks and chassis are available as spare parts from Lionel here.
This kit will require cleaning before painting. I recommend washing with warm soapy water then soaking in 'Goo Gone' or similar product for about 24 hours. Then rinsing off with warm water and allowing to dry.
The flag plates are designed for the flag decals from www.circusdecals.com.
