This is the small Maquis Fighter, as seen in some episodes of TNG and DS9. The filming miniature was built with a cockpit section that has the same shape and window layout as an existing shuttle mock up that was used multiple times for non-federation shuttles (Nenebek, Klingon Toron Class Shuttle, Rasmussen's Time ship, etc.) to save money for the set. Given the size of this cockpit set, the ship needs to be around 30m long.
The filming miniature was later altered to depict Chakotay's Maquis Raider, the "Val'Jean. For that, the model was modified with additional greebling and a new bridge section instead of the cockpit, to create the impression of a bigger ship. The size of the latter is given by "The Official Starships Collection" as 68.5m. The magazine that comes with the ship also claims, that this is almost exactly double the size as the smaller fighter. So, i use 34m as the size for it. I also deliberately used a different base model for the fighter than for the raider. This model does have some slightly different proportions and details, to emphasize that both ships are indeed two completely different designs and only look somilar.
