Humm Feeder Cap 3d printed The cap fits snugly on a 5/8 in test tube. If it doesn't, try a little teflon plumbing tape and it should seal it nicely so nectar doesn't drip out. Pictured is an early prototype.

Product Description

The piece that started it all! I make hummingbird feeders and always got stuck on the cap. I've tried everything — drilled-out stoppers with makeshift flowers painted red glued to them just weren't cutting it. So I designed this and thought, why stop there? Why not create a whole feeder system? Thus was born Humm™, a modular hummingbird feeder based around test tubes. Note that this is still in development; you can buy this and use it, but it's still in the prototyping stages!

This cap fits seamlessly with the Humm Feeder and Humm Feeder Perch, but don't feel obligated to get the whole set (although I *do* encourage it, wink wink) — you could just as easily make the rest of the feeder yourself with a bit of copper wire, like the one shown in the photos (coming soon!).
