285 Scale Klingon Z-Y Fighter WEM

The standard Klingon fighter of the General War, the Z-Y fighter succeeded the earlier Z-V and Z-2. This is a balanced superiority/attack fighter capable of engaging enemy fighters or conducting attacks on enemy ships. It mounts two type-I standard drones and two type-VI anti-fighter drones as well as a pair of phasers. The fighter can be operated by remote control (which improved pilot lifespan) if used within weapons range of the carrier, or it can operate with a pilot over considerable distances (500 parsecs or more).

The ship is available in a variety of materials. Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
