Rabbit Monitor

The smallest ship a Rabbit collective can operate, these monitor ships are fast, maneuverable, and armed as well as their heavy cruisers. All this comes at a price, though. The interior is so cramped that crew has to be placed while final assembly is underway, and serve there until the ship is recycled or destroyed. In addition, they have short legs, and must be towed through hyperspace by a ring-equipped ship. Rabbit monitors are most often encountered guarding colonies and large installations. Some have been found adrift, their implanted crews starved to  death.
