Knobby White Spider

Heroes beware! As you embark on your journey, hope you never stumble upon this creature, which can be found lurking in terrain as varied as ice caves to forests and swamps. Unlike most creatures of the arachnid family, the white knobby spider's head isn't a separate appendage from the body, but is actually centrally located under the body and is part of the creature's unique radial symmetry. A telltale sign that you may have had the misfortune of mistepping into the spider's territory is its distinctive clusters of egg cases. If you do, never disturb an egg case, for if you do, the spider will immediately be drawn to attack.
