DRAW object - jellyfish hollow

A hollow object with a flat bottom that looks a bit like a jellyfish.  Intended for cheaper production in plastic material options but that requires filling with a material that you supply to add the weight if you want to use it as a paperweight.  A wide variety of fillers can be used such as clay, plaster or concrete, resins, or sand mixed with glue.  Perhaps there are also uses other than paperweights.  Figuring those out are up to you!
