This is a one time use bottle cage insert, great solution if you would like to add bottle cages to your bike frame.
Recomended instructions:
-drill the holes in desired place (check the diameter on the insert first).
- add super glue under the outer flange head
-let if dry for about 3-5min
-place bottle cage on top and start tightening the bolts, this insert was made with M4 size bolts dimensions in mind but it also works with M5 bolts, much tighter on the tool but its a good thing.
-A breakage of the plastic can be heard as the bolt is being tightened and that's the top neck collapsing into a 'start' to complete the locking process inside the frame.
