Hi, I wanted to give the sublight engines a bit of detail and thought what would an ion engine deflector nozzle, look like so here is my interpretation based on my knowledge of real Ion engines. As nylon is inexpensive and white will reflect the blue light this is what I recommend, but you can't glue it so I've made the plates, where they can be Key bonded with ABS plastic through slits on the underside of each plate. To attach, you can cut up some of the leftover ABS sprues and dissolve it in ABS glue/solvent, you will want it to be a fairly thick, but you still won't want it to dry out too fast. clamp the plate in place and through the holes in inside curved wall. place the ABS Glue inside each groove and wait until its dry then remove clamps, and repeat with each set of plates. The plates are interlocking to help with securing in place. I hope you enjoy it as much as I will.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

happy modeling

sincerely
