5mm Riser for 1590B 26650 Mod

Just finished your dual 26650 box just to realize the box is a millimeter or two too short and the lid wont close properly? Don't panic! This riser will extend the boxes walls up just enough to close the lid! The screw holes are also 3mm so if you get long 3mm magnets(3 x 10mm or so) you can hold the riser to the body of the box permanently, or you can use slightly longer screws if you don't prefer magnets! You can also simply epoxy it to the box or lid and put 3 x 6mm (standard screw hole magnets) into the 3mm holes. The inner lip is also designed to require as little modification as possible, with notches for the button, a voltmeter or potentiometer, and the battery tray, but still enough of a lip to keep the spacer in place and prevent it from sliding side to side if you use magnets. It is also worth noting that essentially every Hammond box has slightly different dimensions due to manufacturing tolerances, so, like the lids that come with the boxes, there may be a slight over or under hang in some spots, but in general the spacer should fit any 1590B sized box and line up with the holes and walls of the enclosure.
