This is part of DL-44 Empire Strikes Back Blaster Kit (Bespin Version). This version is designed to fit a threaded rod of 1/4''-20.
There are 2 versions of the Bespin Disk:
1) Bespin Disk V1: as seen in reference pictures, the most screen accurate version.
2) Bespin Disk V2: as a vintage Kaiser camera mount disk.
There would be a 3rd version, as the Master Replicas DL-44 ESB L.E., and in fact is a camera mount disk, but it's not screen accurate.
