- connect the lower legs of RA/CD and legs of FOC OP/UM to form that of the combined robot
- remain attached and concealed inside the vehicle when in trailer mode
- take full advantage of the knee and pelvis joints of the said toys to allow highly poseable legs in combined robot mode
