Product Description
The B29 Superfortress was the largest bomber of the Second World War. In that war, it was used exclusively against Japan and was decisive in ending WWII by dropping the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki . Later it served in the Korean War. The Soviet Union copied it as the Tupolev Tu-4.
We play our WWII air war games with 1/300 scale models. But we found that at that scale, four-engined bombers are too large and metal models of them make the gaming bases top-heavy and prone to falling over. 1/400 scale in plastic is a good alternative.
This model consists of a single aircraft. The model is unpainted.
