The Arcanist's Pendant combines the trundle wheel, protractor, plumb, level, and sextant in a delicious attention-getting medallion.
This version is THE FOOT. Not intended for walking on, the circumference is 12 inches exactly, or three rotations per yard.
The points created by the spokes are at fifteen degree intervals, for use on flat surfaces as a protractor or when hanging as a plumb and level.
For the truly daring, hanging the pendant and looking across the disk of the medallion, an incident angle to a distant object can be determined for navigation and surveying purposes.
