3788 Scale Frax Submarine War Cruiser (SCW) MGL

The Frax are a simulator empire used to train officers of the Klingon Deep Space Fleet to handle unexpected enemies. Based on old wet-navy concepts, the weapons are disposed in turrets with Forward eXpanded and Rear eXpanded firing arcs (hence the name “Frax”). The Submarine War Cruiser was large enough to put up a fight against a real warship rather than an escort or police ship. Called a war cruiser, it was slightly undersized due to the need to keep the ship small and able to cloak out, it could give a destroyer more than it could handle and was still a challenge for a war cruiser.

The ship is available in a variety of materials. (Transparent acrylic makes an excellent cloaked ship!) Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
